3. Seller will send overall design to let us confirm, Meaning You can choose to delete any frame or touch up if you don't like. However changing into other design is NOT ALLOW

Frequent Answer & Question Corner
1) Standard Package consist of 1qty Pure Silver Pendant with FREE 18K White / Yellow Gold Plating + 1 Cross Chain Necklace at $48 SGD.
2) For Gems pendant is charge addition for $10 per letter.

if only 1st letter is Gems means it is $62
if everything is Gems meaning $62 + [4 x 10] = $102
3) The Standard $48 Package is given with free Step 4 It won’t be any cheaper or discount as it is your choice to remove it and it is given you for free.
4) You can choose not to have white or yellow gold plating and no addition charge will be included.
5) How you write your name, meaning your pendant will be same way as written.
Example: Susan or susan. I will submit your order accordingly
6) After I submitted all order, Seller will take some time to design your pendant, and email me the draft design, she will only proceed to on the pendant when we have approve it.

2. This is a preorder spree thus I got no sample piece on hand
3. I will only take in paid orders first. - 1st come 1st serve basic rule
4. Will extend/close spree depending on response

2. Do drop us an email notification at heart_loft@yahoo.com.sg once you have transferred the amount payable to my account. Confirmation email will be send upon payment received.
3. Payments are to be made within 2 days after orders are placed, otherwise order will be cancelled. In the case whereby spree-ers need more time for payments, please kindly inform me as it will be greatly appreciated.
4. No backing out/cancelling of orders after confirmation of orders, to minimize any confusion that may arise. If items are Out-Of-Stock, refunds will be done when spree items have arrived to avoid any confusion (As some supplier tend to mail OOS payment back without email notice that item is OOS), or it will be used to offset your other spree purchase.
5. Sprees arrival will take about 5 - 10 weeks starting from the time of orders sent. Therefore, join only if you can wait.
6. Confirmation of orders will only be done via email. Contact number will only be given when items arrived in our items arrival notification email.
7. All spree updates will be done on the Close spree section.
8. We are and will not be liable if our supplier sent out the wrong items; items that are either damage or lost from our supplier to us; and from us to our buyers; (discrepancies in measurements (do allow a variation f approximately 2 to 3 cm); items do not meet up to expectations of buyers, be it in color, quality, size etc.
9. I am not liable for any mistake made by the buyer or the supplier. So please double-check your orders. All goods sold here are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
10. Should there be any case of supplier runaway/MIA, We am not responsible as we will be affected together.
